The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the Sho-AsianTable.com Web Site (the "Web Site"), and set forth the agreement (the "Agreement") between you and LMHG RB LLC (the "Company") regarding the use of the Web Site. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions stated here, do not use the Web Site. By using the Web Site, you agree to the terms and conditions here. In addition, you should review the "Notices" posted on the Web Site. You should visit the Web Site periodically to review the terms and conditions, because they are binding on you, and may be amended or modified by the Company from time to time.
The Web Site is provided for informational purposes, to share news about SHO Asian Table, and to allow you to join our opening list, submit a private event or careers inquiry, and reach our reservation partners. You may use the Web Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. In its sole discretion, the Company may limit or revoke access to the Web Site because of misuse or for breach of this Agreement.
Table reservations are handled by our third party reservation partner, OpenTable. When you follow a reservation link from the Web Site, your booking is governed by that partner's own terms and privacy policy, not by this Agreement. The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third party booking platforms.
Private event and large party inquiries submitted through the Web Site are requests only. A request does not create a confirmed booking. An event is confirmed only when the Company provides written confirmation, and any deposit, minimum spend, or cancellation terms will be set out in a separate written agreement.
Menus, dishes, beverages, hours, pricing, and experiences described on the Web Site are provided for general information and are subject to change without notice. Items may be unavailable, seasonal, or modified. Images are illustrative and may not depict actual portions or presentation.

This Agreement is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of New Jersey, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term of any other term. The Company may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended Terms and Conditions on the Web Site and the effective date of any such amendment will be the date on which the amended Terms and Conditions is so posted on the Web Site.
